For the past 3 years,Fundica has been helping entrepreneurs across Canada identify funding opportunities. By receiving a lot of positive feedback from users over the years and by being recognized by the startup community, Fundica and its founder Mike Lee have been awarded with numerous honors. Here is a list of the most important awards won by Fundica over the years:
C2MTL and the Claudine and Stephen Bronfman Family Foundation identified Mike Lee in 2013 as one of Quebec’s most innovative up-and-comer in business for Fundica. The Emerging Entrepreneurs Contest is designed to give Quebec’s most promising business minds the opportunity to share their ideas and network with the many international leaders in creativity and commerce in attendance at C2MTL.
Fundica was recognized as a finalist for the Financial Literacy Startup Award sponsored by Intuit. This award recognizes startup technologies that help entrepreneurs improve their financial literacy.
Fundica was a runner-up in the Entrepreneurial Effect Award from Startup Canada. This is awarded to the individual, group, community, network or organization that has developed and produced a program, tool, research project or event that has had the greatest impact in advancing entrepreneurship in Canada.
Mike Lee was also recognized in 2013-2014 as the Entrepreneur of the Year by CFO Canada. This prize is awarded to the entrepreneur that shows growth and creates new products that help entrepreneurs across Canada.
